Welcome to FixFiniti. The Services are provided by FixFiniti Innovations Private Limited, a company incorporated in India and headquartered in Mumbai.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using fixfiniti.com, the FixFiniti customer or partner apps, or any related service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services.
3. The waitlist
Joining the FixFiniti waitlist does not entitle you to any specific service, price, or launch date. Waitlist information is used to notify you when we launch in your area and to deliver any early-access perks we choose to extend.
4. Bookings and services
When you book a FixFiniti service, you authorise us to assign a verified technician to fulfil it. Service prices, where shown, are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a job requires parts or labour beyond the initial quote, we will obtain your consent before proceeding.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a booking up to a category-specific cut-off (as disclosed in the app at booking) without charge. Cancellations after that may attract a small fee. Refunds for any FixFiniti error are processed within 7 business days.
6. Workmanship guarantee
FixFiniti services come with a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to our work, we’ll send a technician back at no additional cost, subject to the category-specific cap published in-app.
7. Partner technicians
Technician partners contract directly with FixFiniti and are bound by a separate partner agreement. Partners must comply with our service standards, code of conduct and safety policies.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or our systems;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure; or
- Harass, threaten or harm any FixFiniti technician, employee or other user.
9. Intellectual property
FixFiniti, the FixFiniti logo, the website and all software, content and designs are the intellectual property of FixFiniti Innovations Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixFiniti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers and via a banner on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
